Camp Casey is taking its pony show on the road!  In an effort to spread awareness about Camp Casey’s participation in the Chase Community Giving contest, the nonprofit will be horsing around at the following spots this Saturday:

• Emagine Royal Oak and Star Lanes (200 N. Main); 10:30 a.m. until 12 p.m.
• DIY Festival in Downtown Ferndale (9 Mile east of Woodward Avenue); 12:15 p.m. until 4 p.m.

Camp Casey will be offering pictures and pets with its special Horsey House Call horse, Doxie.  There is no fee for petting or getting a picture taken with the horse. However, Camp Casey is campaigning for supporters’ votes to help the charity win $250,000 from the Chase Community Giving contest.  Voting is simple and can be done on a Smartphone, tablet or computer via Facebook or a Chase online banking account (for Chase Bank members).
