Twenty-nine members of the Royal Oak High School A Cappella Choir will embark on a European concert tour Feb. 16-22. The Choir, under Choral Director Deborah Buffa, will travel to Munich, Germany, and Prague in the Czech Republic.

The Royal Oak Choir will perform its Americana repertoire including spirituals, Broadway show tunes, jazz and folk songs at four venues:

• Wieskirche, the Pilgrimage Church of Wies, designed in the late 1740s, located in the foothills of the Alps in Bavaria, Germany
• Ettal Abbey, a Benedictine monastery near Oberammergau in Bavaria, Germany
• Sof Drtinova High School in Drtinova, Czech Republic
• Saint Nichols Church, a Baroque church erected in 1735, located in Prague’s Old Town Square
