The Royal Oak Memorial Society can use help placing flags on over 2500 veterans' graves at Oakview Cemetery on May 26 beginning at 10 a.m.

Thank you to all the volunteers who helped pull weeds and clean veterans' graves on Saturday in preparation for the placing of the flags, including:

On May 28, immediately following the Memorial Day Parade, which starts on Main Street at Interstate 696 at 9 a.m., the Memorial Society will have a Memorial Day service at the Veteran's Monuments at the end of the parade route between the Royal Oak Public Library and City Hall.
