Megan T. Amos, D.O., a resident of Royal Oak, has joined the medical staff at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills. The obstetrician-gynecologist sees patients at the three locations of Botsford Comprehensive OB/GYN: 28711 W. 8 Mile Rd., Suite C, in Livonia, (248) 474-4590; 27031 Warren Rd. in Dearborn Heights, (313) 561-1913; and 15540 Beech Daly in Redford, (313) 387-7476. 
 
After graduating with honors from the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Missouri, Dr. Amos performed her clinical training at Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center, where she served as chief resident from 2011 to 2012. 
 
Other academic honors bestowed on Dr. Amos include membership in the Psi Sigma Alpha Honor Society and the Glasgow-Rubin Certificate of Commendation for Academic Achievement, for women who graduate in the top ten percent of their medical school graduating class, given by the American Medical Women's Association. 
 
Dr. Amos is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Osteopathic Association.
