Society for Technical Communication Elects Susan Fisher to Local Chapter Board Position

Innovative Learning Group Lead Instructional Designer and Learning Consultant Susan Fisher has been elected to a one-year term as Secretary on the Executive Administrative Council for the Southeastern Michigan
Chapter of the Society for Technical Communication. She has been a member of the Society and Chapter for 30 years. Her term begins in September.

Prior to joining ILG in 2007, Fisher spent 15 years as an independent instructional designer and technical communicator. From 1999 to 2002, Fisher was an instructional designer at the former Farmington Hills–based Triad Performance Technologies. She also spent eight years at World Computer Corp. in Auburn Hills, where she was instrumental in developing the documentation and training functions, ultimately serving as director of those groups.
