5 Things to Know this Week: City Meetings. Graduations and More

Here's what's happening in Royal Oak this week.

 

There's always a lot going on in Royal Oak. Here are some highlights this week:

  1. City Commission meets Monday: The City Commission meeting starts at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall. Click here for the agenda.
  2. Shrine Catholic High School graduation on Thursday: The Shrine graduation ceremony begins at 6 p.m. at the National Shrine of the Little Flower Church.
  3. Churchill Community Education Center graduation on Thursday:  The Churchill graduation ceremony begins at 7 p.m. in the Dondero Auditorium at Royal Oak Middle School.
  4. City Commission meets Thursday: The City Commission has a special meeting to discuss the budget. The meeting starts at 6 p.m. at City Hall.
  5. Residents invited to place flags at veterans' graves on Saturday: Volunteers are needed to help the Royal Oak Memorial Society place more than 2,500 flags on Veteran's graves at 10 a.m. at Oakview Cemetery.  For more information, please call 248-543-8420.
