Police Blotter: Cab Driver Grabs Woman's Breast, Fight Breaks Out on Bus

Cab driver grabs woman's breast
Alexander and Gardenia, Dec. 2: A woman reported a cab driver grabbed her breast in lieu of payment for a cab ride. The man was driving a silver Town and Country and appears to be an independently licensed cab. The suspect described the man as having a medium but muscular build.
Police help locate special needs teens
Special Tree Housing Project, 2017 Rochester: Royal Oak officers were called to the home when two special needs juveniles failed to return to the home after school. Officers began a canvass of the area and determined the juveniles had last been seen around 2:30 p.m. The officers were able to track one of the juvenile’s phones to an address in Clawson. Officers went to the Clawson address, located the juveniles and returned them to the home without incident.
Women arrested for fight on bus
11 Mile and Woodward Avenue, Dec. 5: Royal Oak officers responded to a fight on board a bus. Upon arrival the officers discovers two women had assaulted another woman. The victim was transported to the hospital for minor injuries. The two women were placed under arrest for aggravated Assault.
Woman gives keys to unknown men to fix her car and other stolen vehicles
13 Mile and Rochester, Nov. 29: A woman reported parking her vehicle in a parking lot when it began experiencing a mechanical issue. The woman noticed several men in the parking lot and asked them to work on her vehicle. The woman gave the men the keys and left. The woman returned to the lot later in the day and found her vehicle missing. The vehicle is described as a 1994 Ford Ranger; the woman was not able to describe the color.
Center Street Structure, 200 S. Center, Dec. 2: A woman reported someone stole her white 1992 Saturn.
Village Jeep, 31200 Woodward Avenue, Nov. 30: A complaint reported someone stole a green 2000 Dodge van.
4100 block of W. 13 Mile, Dec. 4: A woman reported someone stole her maroon 2002 Dodge Ram pickup.
Short change scams and more
Royal Oak Music Theatre, 318 W. Fourth, Dec. 1: Royal Oak officers responded to a larceny complaint. Someone from Warren Miller Entertainment, noticed a male suspect had stolen a movie CD after the premier showing. The officers located the suspect outside the theatre. The officers located the CD in the man’s possession and placed him under arrest for larceny in a building.
Taste Love Cupcakes, 304 S. Main, Dec. 1: The complainant reported a male, in his 40s, entered the store and stole an undisclosed amount of currency by utilizing a short change scam.
1800 block of E. Hudson, Nov. 30: A woman reported an acquaintance stole her iPhone.
Bad Boy Gym, 30371 Woodward Avenue, Dec. 5: A man reported someone stole currency and an iPhone from his clothing hanging in the locker room.
Kroger, 30991 Woodward Avenue, Dec. 5: A woman reported someone stole her checkbook.
Wallets, license plates and more take from unlocked vehicles
Arby’s, 31991 Woodward Avenue, Nov. 29: A man reported someone stole his wallet from his unlocked vehicle.
Lindell Ice Arena, 1403 Lexington, Dec. 1: A man reported someone entered his unlocked vehicle and stole currency.
1300 block of S. Main, Dec. 4: A man reported someone stole currency from his unlocked vehicle.
100 block of Allenhurst, Dec. 4: A man reported someone stole currency and two pair of designer sunglasses from his unlocked vehicle.
Malicious damage to property
Incognito, 323 S. Main, Dec. 2: The complainant reported someone shattered a large glass window located on the south side of the business.
3100 block of W. 13 Mile, Nov. 30: A woman reported someone kicked the front door of her apartment causing damage.
Main and Maryland, Nov. 30: Royal Oak officers located graffiti spray painted on the sidewalk.
800 block of Fernwood, Dec. 4: While on routine patrol, a Royal Oak officer located a vehicle with the passenger window smashed out. The vehicle owner was located and reported nothing appeared to be missing from inside.
