Royal Oak Restaurant Week's 24 Choices Include Diverse Menus

Royal Oak Restaurant Week is an opportunity to to experience something new for lunch or dinner.

How do Guinness fish & chips, soup and a homemade piece of Grand Marnier cheesecake sound for lunch at O’Toole’s? What about enjoying grilled rib eye, caramelized cippolini and roasted fingerlings at Café Muse for dinner?

Those selections are on the menu during Royal Oak Restaurant Week at two of the 24 diverse restaurants offering $15 and $25 lunches and $15, $25 and $35 dinners starting today through May 6. Each meal includes an appetizer and dessert, such as a salted caramel torte at Pronto or a Mexican brownie served with vanilla ice cream and drizzled Mexican creama butter at Cantina Diablo’s.

There are lots of cuisine options to choose from — Mexican, Belgian, Cuban, Middle Eastern, Italian, Spanish, Tex Mex and more. For all you picky eaters, restaurants will have their full menus available, too.

Whassamaddayou! More Bensenhurst than Naples, however I am still pushing Antica Pizzeria Fellini as THE place for lunch if you want a taste of Naples. Forget any pizzeria you think is your favorite. This wood fired delight is truly authentic Neopolitan which is quite different from southern Italian. Salvo is your chef, NO line cooks here! He closes between three and four to give himself a break. Fellini is closed on Mondays as well. The homemade "Tiramisu" usually sold out is worthy of a Seinfeld episode. Though everything right now is ala carte you get more than you pay for in quality and flavor. 415 South Washington 248-547-2751 expresso and cappucino is coming soon along with outside seating and hopefully wine.
