Royal Oaks DDA has missed the boat. If you want to see how halloween is the second largest money maker for bars and restaurant in major cities try googling Greenwich Village Halloween. Royal Oak's Halloween grows more boring and staid with every passing year. The spooktacular was great if you were under twelve and had to be home before moonrise. Ho hum.
