Royal Oak has a lot of great businesses on Woodward, but is there anything missing? A certain type of establishment or a new retail store?

This building at 30295 Woodward Ave. is in the site of the former Snooker's Pool & Pub. The one-story building was built in 1989 and is listed on the Ludwig & Seeley website.

What do you think should move in? Tell us in the comments section below what you'd like to see here.

How about a soccer supply/attire store? There's already the golf and tennis store there and we could use one a little closer.

There is not enough parking in that lot now that Luv opened. So unless they have designated parking spots for the new store their customers are going to suffer.

A hardware store that stocks items that can be used in repairing or replacing items that we find in our Royal Oak style homes.
