In advance of the Nov. 8 elections, Royal Oak Patch and the Community Media Network (CMNtv) teamed up for a Royal Oak City Commission Candidates Forum on Thursday.

Patch political blogger Frank Versagi of Versagi Voice was the moderator of the one-hour forum.The candidates answered questions from Patch readers.

Candidates for four-year terms on the City Commission are Kyle DuBuc, Michael Fournier, George Gomez, Peggy K. Goodwin, Richard Karlowski, William A. Shaw and Scott Warheit

The candidates forum will be broadcast this week on cable channel 18 (Comcast and Wow! Digital Cable). The schedule is as follows:

• Monday: 7 p.m.
• Tuesday: 5 p.m.
• Thursday: 1 p.m.
• Saturday: 9 p.m.
