RTT moves 140 employees to the Howard & Howard building on Fourth Street.
A leader in 3D visualization software has selected a Fourth Street address to accommodate its explosive growth. RTT USA is no stranger to Royal Oak. After finishing a five-year lease at the Contract Design building on Main Street, RTT has made a five-year commitment to the Howard & Howard building at 400 W. Fourth St. Founded in 1999 in Germany, RTT it opened its first Michigan location in 2005 with eight employees. Today, the Royal Oak/Detroit branch has 140 employees. Worldwide, the company has 14 offices and approximately 700 employees. To make room for its growing staff, the company gutted and revamped the 42,000-square-foot fourth floor of the Howard & Howard building, previously home to PNC Bank, to quadruple its facility.
