 se at 404 S. Pleasant Street at Fourth Street on Monday\, March 5.&nbsp\
 ; Lunch will be served at noon followed by a program and meeting beginni
 ng at 12:45 PM.&nbsp\; Speaking to the group will be Diane Zalecki\, RN\
 , Director of the&nbsp\;START program of HAVEN&nbsp\; in Royal Oak.&nbsp
 \; The START program is a Safe Therapeutic Response Team that provides c
 risis support and sexual assault examinations to victims of rape.&nbsp\;
  It serves 180 individuals annually.&nbsp\; This meeting and&nbsp\; $8 l
 uncheon is open to the public\, but reservations need to be made by Wedn
 esday\, February 29\, with Emily at 248-762-6465. &nbsp\;The Royal Oak W
 oman's Club is a service organization which supports many local charitie
 s and provides scholarships to Royal Oak high school seniors pursuing an
  education in the medical field.&nbsp\; Since 1907 it has been a member 
 of the General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC)\, which is a unifying 
 force bringing together local women's clubs with members dedicated to st
 rengthening their communities and enhancing the lives of others through 
 volunteer service.&nbsp\; With 100\,000 members in affiliated clubs in e
 very state and more than a dozen countries\, GFWC members are community 
 leaders who work locally to create global change by supporting the arts\
 , preserving natural resources\, advancing education\, promoting healthy
  life styles\, encouraging civic involvement\, and working toward world 
 peace and understanding.&nbsp\; Membership is open to all women regardle
