The South Oakalnd Family YMCA is offering a workshop/discussion group for parents and grandparents. Led by Ben Bennett-Carpenter, MA Cand. and Karen Weiss, MA Cand. of the Gateway Counseling Center will meet every Monday in February from 11:00 am-noon at the Y. Topics include: Dealing with Feelings, Getting (or not getting) Cooperation, Alternatives to Punishment, Becoming One's Own Person.
