parked her vehicle in the covered parking area of the lot. When she returned she discovered
an unknown suspect broke out the driver side rear window and stole her purse, prescription
medication and a jacket. Officers reviewed the surveillance video of the parking area. A subject was captured on video near the victim’s vehicle. He was observed leaving the area in a 1992 to 1997 dark colored Ford Crown Victoria. The suspect is a heavy set black male with a dark complexion, 6’00”, 200 lbs, wearing a blue sweatshirt, black sweat pants and a green winter coat.

went to the gym area of the facility to play basketball. They placed their coats and cell
phones on the floor near the area they were playing. When they were done they discovered
an unknown suspect stole two (2) cell phones. 14-218

Upon arrival, officers observed two males exiting the parking lot in a pick-up truck. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the pick-up truck and found the driver to have a misdemeanor warrant. The passenger of the vehicle gave officers a false name. Officers were able to ascertain the passenger’s real name and discovered he had two misdemeanor warrants and was in possession of marijuana.
