Little Free Library Now Open!

On Wednesday, September 18th the Little Free Library, charter number 5072, opened near the intersection of 14 Mile and Coolidge HWY, directly across from Upton Elementary in Royal Oak.  The kiosk sits on Samoset just slightly east of Mandalay.  This is area is a popular pedestrian route, making the location perfect for those looking for a book to read while dog walking or taking the kids to the school's playground.  There is a bench next to the library so you can browse before making your selection.  Dogs are more than welcome to join you while you peruse the books and doggie do-do bags are provided to keep the area tidy for all.
