Art Show at Royal Oak Farmers Market to Support Camp Casey

Beat weather blahs at the Royal Oak Artist Market Show and Sale! The show attracts more than 50 fine artists and artisans from every corner of the State of Michigan.

Michigan artists will help support Camp Casey, a  horseback riding program for children with cancer headquartered in Royal Oak, with a portion of proceeds from the Royal Oak Artist Market Show and Sale, Feb. 28, and March 1. 

The Artist Market Show and Sale will be held at the Royal Oak Farmers Market, 316 E. 11 Mile Road, Royal Oak on Friday from 2 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.  A special Preview Party with a silent auction, live music and light refreshments courtesy of the areas local restaurants will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday evening. 

The Royal Oak Artist Market Show and Sale is in its fourth year and has attracted over 50 fine artists and artisans from every corner of the State of Michigan.  The jurors are in complete agreement that this is a quality group. Artwork will be for sale in many mediums including:  drawing, painting, photography, clay, collage, glass, metal, wood, jewelry, leather/fiber  and mixed media.

“We hope you will come out and support our Michigan artists,” says Shelly Mazur, Farmers Market Manager. “This event is not only a great way to purchase an original item for your home or office but it supports a wonderful charity as well.”
