St. Paul Lutheran Church and School and St. Mary Catholic Church and School will lead the community in a time of prayer at the memorials between the Royal Oak Library and City Hall. In case of rain, it will take place at St. Paul Lutheran Church, corner of 5th and Williams, 2 blocks south of City Hall.
