Halloween Spirit Strikes Early In Royal Oak
A temporary Halloween costume shop puts "Now Hiring" sign at new Woodward Avenue location.
It might still be a few months before Halloween, but a store in the Woodward Commercial Center is already looking for people to help Royal Oakers select the perfect costume.
Spirit Halloween has a "Now Hiring" sign in the window at the old Blockbuster spot at 27942 Woodward Avenue.
The costume superstore was formerly set up in the Woodward Commercial Center at 27844 Woodward Ave., but on Aug. 8 an ULTA Beauty will open its doors at that location.
