It’s time to shake off those winter blues with some tasty craft brews. The Royal Oak Farmer’s Market will host Royal Oak Beer Fest “Polar Beer Club” on Saturday, January 18th. Royal Oak Beer Fest will be a chill-busting experience in taste and sound including hot live music by Kaleido’s Christina and Joey, games, and Michigan food samplings to compliment over 100 cool brews.
Presented by Westborn Market, Royal Oak Beer Fest is the promotion of craft beers and the brewers that create them, and over 40 breweries from around the world, across the state and down the street will showcase their unique libations. This event is the perfect opportunity for beer aficionados to discover and taste new brews and special "limited release" beers and ales.
Attendees will be entertained by a hot acoustic performance by Detroit’s Christina and Joey of Kaleido in the event’s outdoor heated tent, and are welcome to participate in a variety of games, including Hammer-Schlagen, Cornhole, and Adult-Size Jenga. Delicious food offerings will be provided by BlackFinn American Saloon and a wide variety of Michigan food vendors. A portion of the night’s proceeds will benefit AIDS Walk Detroit.
Whether you’re a fan of pale ales or pilsners, dark lagers or stouts, there will be a brew for every palate at Royal Oak Beer Fest “Polar Bear Club”. From established brands introducing new labels - to small batches brewed specifically for this event - partygoers will have the first taste of the latest malted beverages. Whether a serious beer connoisseur or a weekend warrior – lager lovers will not want to miss Royal Oak Beer Fest Polar Beer Club.
