Motor City Pizza Fest Comes to Royal Oak Thursday
Metro Detroit's best pizza establishments will serve up slices at the Royal Oak Farmers Market.
Little Caesar Enterprises has joined a growing list of metro Detroit based chain and independent pizza establishments for Motor City Pizza Fest, a one day tribute to the area’s diverse bounty of flavorful pizza options, on Thursday, Aug. 8, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., at the Royal Oak Farmers Market.
“We are thrilled to have Little Caesar Enterprises as part of Motor City Pizza Fest,” stated event organizer Bill Lonskey with The Quintessential Event Company. “They are undeniably a Detroit success story and epitomize the very reason why we are introducing this fun-filled event.”
The 2013 Motor City Pizza Fest will feature 10 to 15 of the metro Detroit area’s best pizza establishment offering samples and serving up slices, a “best of” competition decided by attendees, Michigan craft beer and wine, live bands performing throughout the evening, a artisan and local business bazaar and family entertainment.
Some of the other local pizza establishments to be showcased include:
- Detroit Style Pizza
- Dolly’s Pizza
- Hippie’s Pizza
- New York City Pizza
Advance tickets are $7 for adults and $4 for children 12 and under. Tickets at the door, if still available, will be $9 for adults and $6 for children 12 and under.
