Royal Oak Artist Creates Second Calendar to Benefit Autism Organizations

Dylan Yates, a Royal Oak High School graduate with autism spectrum disorder, has created a 2013 monster calendar that goes on sale in August.

In November we told you about , a talented student with a knack for drawing and designing on the computer.

Dylan, who has Autism Spectrum Disorder, created a calendar with the help of Anna Lukezich, a visual imaging teacher at the high school. The proceeds from the 2012 calendar were divided among Autism Connections of the Judson Center, the Autism Society of America — Oakland County Chapter (ASA) and a fund for Dylan’s continuing education.

Dylan graduated in May and is beginning his post secondary education through the Berkley Schools Program — and he's still creating calendars!
