Royal Oak Express Office Earns Top Award at International Leadership Conference

Express Employment Professionals of Royal Oak earned top honors at the staffing firm’s 31st annual International Leadership Conference in Orlando, according to Steven Davis and Jacob Krause, Royal Oak Express franchisees.

The Royal Oak Express office received the Fast Track Award for excellence, an achievement which recognizes top performing new offices in the Express system. “It is truly an honor to be recognized for these achievements,” said Davis. “We would like to express our gratitude for the support of our community and the efforts of our staff that made this award possible. Since our opening in 2013, we have put over 200 people to work in Greater Detroit.”

Nearly 1,200 Express franchisees and their staff attended the company’s annual International Leadership Conference Feb. 12 through Feb. 15. The conference featured three days of workshops, networking and training on staffing and workplace issues such as leadership, recruiting, sales and team building.
