A totally vegan restaurant/"fast food" place along the lines of Native Foods or Veggie Grill…..as many places to eat that we have this city is lacking in vegan options!

1. Peet's Coffee shop (remember when RO had too many coffee shops? Now there's hardly any left...maybe that's a sign....) 2. Inn Season with seasonal outdoor dining. 3. Microbrewery / Distillery w/outdoor Dining

I'm with niteman. Or a Panera.

I would suggest an outdoor store like Moosejaw. It'd be nice to have a coffee shop that's seems cozy and warm - Bean and Leaf has lost its touch.

Wendy's or Boston Market ! The property is somewhat limited in what can be built there.

I hope they open up a porn shop here. It's would be fitting for this crappy area.

A Montessori school for toddlers and up. Or the Genisys Credit Union if the other location falls through. Or a consignment shop for kids books, toys, clothes, etc.
