Comedian Dave Coulier Returns to Royal Oak
The 'Full House' star's got his start at Mark Ridley's Comedy Castle.
Native son Dave Coulier achieved stardom on the long-running ABC hit series "Full House," but he got his start right here in Royal Oak at Mark Ridley's Comedy Castle on open mic night.
In the past 30 years Coulier has hosted or appeared on countless TV programs, including ABC's "America's Funniest People," and "The World's Funniest Videos," VH1's "The Surreal Life," Fox's "Skating With Celebrities" and WE's "I Can't Believe I Wore That."
Coulier's clean stand-up act has earned him regular appearances on "The Tonight Show," and HBO's "Detroit Comedy Jam" and "Comic Relief at Radio City Music Hall."
