Date: April 19, 2013

The Raven Varsity Lacrosse Team came out strong against Warren Cousino. At game time, the temperature was 38 degrees. During the first quarter it snowed and hailed on the players and fans.  The boys hunkered down and were ahead 10-3 by half time. With five minutes left in the game, the Ravens found the net five times and finished out the game 20-8.  Excellant play by Goaltender Matt Niemi who started the game and then returned to the game in the fourth quarter to help rally his team.

The Ravens put together an outstanding attack vs. the Yellow Jackets amid a rain storm.  In the first three quarters, the boys were able to find the net again and again.  Coming out for the fourth quarter the clock ran and the final score was 16 -2.

Today, Saturday April 27, the Varsity Lacrosse Team will be travelling to Stoney Creek High School.

The Cougars are a historically tough, physical team.  Our Ravens have been looking forward to this game and without question will be ready.  The Ravens will be looking for their Senior attackmen: Jake Pasikowski and Connor Farrand and Senior middies: Michael Cardamone, Trent Emlaw, Keegan Murphy and Chris Geldhof to lead the team to the net.
