We are currently seeking a Part-Time Courier to support the daily operations of Parks Title’s Royal Oak office.  Principle responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Records documents at Macomb, Oakland and Wayne Counties
• Obtains tax and water information as needed, at local municipalities
• Delivers real-estate packages and other documents to surrounding real estate offices
• General filing

Job Specification of Courier:

• Must have excellent driving record
• Must have a dependable vehicle
• Must have a positive and outgoing personality to satisfy customer needs
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality
• Productive self-starter with hands-on, team approach to success.
