What does your business offer?

Home Staging is a process in which professional stagers/designers help home sellers improve the look and condition of a property in order to boost its interior and exterior visual appeal. Staging is also a proven marketing strategy; staged homes “show” better and sell faster, giving these homes a measurable advantage in today’s competitive market. In other words, staging can sell your home faster…and for more money.

Home Staging helps a seller create an emotional appeal with potential buyers. It is a proven, proactive approach that utilizes a variety of techniques, including removing clutter, rearranging furniture such as your sofas and chairs, making simple updates, adding decorative touches and more.

What's your most popular product or service?

Staging Report/Consultation
Ideal for lived in houses where sellers want to do the work themselves. The report outlines staging related tips and an itemized list of repairs and updates that should be addressed before selling. The report will include; project priorities, editing suggestions for collectibles or possessions, furniture placement ideas, and recommended updates that may increase the saleability of your house. We also include some decorator details in each report, such as paint colors, a vanity selection, or a specific light fixture selection. The recommendations provided are very specific to your house, and are appropriate for selling your house. If sellers choose to not follow the recommendations they will have a clear understanding of the impact those decisions will have on the ultimate saleability of the house. We promise to offer cost effective ideas (where possible) which will save our sellers time and money. Tips for showing your house and how to live in a staged property are also included. We always promise to add value to every house we stage.

What's a fact about your business that most customers probably don't know?

Most staged homes receive offers in 30 – 45 days. The cost of staging will always be much less than your first price reduction
