Lily's Serves 5-Course Beer Dinner

Featured beers include Reggie's French River Red Ale, Maxton Bay Maibock, Whitefish Bay Wheat Beer, Big Bonnie Blonde Ale and Ginger Infused Pelican Island Pilsner

Lily’s Brewery & Seafood Grill will hosts its annual five-course beer dinner featuring delicious food and dessert, and some of the finest craft beers available anywhere. 

This palette-pleasing event will take place on Thursday, June 20 at 7 p.m. at Lily’s, 410 South Washington Avenue in Downtown Royal Oak. The cost for tickets is $35 for members and $40 for non-members, reserved seating only – call 248-591-5459. 

The evening beings with a mouth-watering Shrimp & Cajun Bacon Cocktail paired with Reggie’s French River Red Ale. Other courses include: 

•Mini Pork Rib Sandwich paired with Maxton Bay Maibock 
•Dill Poached New Zealand Salmon with a White Fish Bay Wheat Beer 
•Braised Rabbit with Swiss Chard Ragout and Big Bonnie Ale 
•And what meal would be complete without a great dessert? Lily’s is preparing Homemade Lemon Sorbet with a Cranberry Cookie & Kaffir Leaf Syrup along with a Ginger Infused Pelican Island Pilsner – the perfect finish to a great meal! 

“This is one of our finest beer dinners ever,” says Bob Morton of Lily’s. “The food is very good and somewhat different, the dessert is to die for, and the beers we’ve paired with each course match perfectly. Our Chef’s really out did themselves this year.”
