New Fashion Boutique for Kids Opens in Royal Oak
Spoil 'Em Rotten opened its doors on 11 Mile Road on Monday.
A new store specializing in children's fashion opened at 630 E. 11 Mile Rd. this week.
Spoil 'Em Rotten, which opened its doors Monday, carries a variety of kids' clothing, shoes and accessories - stuff you won't find in malls, said owner and mother of four Shay Van.
Van says she is passionate about shopping but can't always find what she's looking for, especially when it comes to buying clothes for her sons, so she decided to open her own store.

Spoil 'Em Rotten features brands such as Appaman, Petit Lem, Ruffle Butts, See Kai Run and more. Store hours are 10 a.m- 7 p.m Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m.-9 p.m Friday and Saturday.
