Organic America Plants Itself in Royal Oak

New hydroponic-focused gardening center to host a ribbon-cutting event Thursday.

The newest business to plant its roots in Royal Oak will host starting at noon Thursday at 32782 Woodward Ave.

Organic America will offer supplies for growers to nurture plants all year long, as well as seminars that teach the latest gardening methods.

Organic America is a store that helps "teach people how to grow their own vegetation," store spokesperson Nick Del Franco said. "Along with growing plants outdoors, we teach people how to bring them indoors and throughout the year."
