Ray's Ice Cream Makes Cameo in New Chevy Commercial
The iconic Ray's Ice Cream is featured in a new commercial for the 2013 Chevy Cruze.
Ray's Ice Cream in Royal Oak is a star in the latest Chevy commercial, with the local favorite making a cameo in the newest commercial for the 2013 Chevy Cruze.
During the commercial, a couple makes a tour of several Metro Detroit eateries in their new Chevy Cruze, including Ray's where they split a large bowl of ice cream.
Also featured in the 30-second spot is the Toasted Oak Grill & Market in Novi, the Motor City Brewing Works in Detroit, and Hunter House Hamburgers in Birmingham.

Providing the soundtrack for the commercial, meanwhile, is Ann Arbor's The Kickstand Band playing "So Long Suzie."
