What does your business offer? 

We offer shopper engagement and digital marketing programs to independent retailers. Currently, our focus is on independent grocers

What's your most popular product or service? 

Our customized shopper engagement marketing plans. We have a dedicated program manager that is on a phone call with the grocery store owner once a week to review how well their numbers are doing. We recently signed Hiller's Market as a client and are very excited to reach out to more local Michigan grocers to help them gain significant market presence and be able to compete with the nation chain grocery stores.

What's a fact about your business that most customers probably don't know?

Our executive team has desks on wheels so they can work in our open office plan. There aren't many walls in our office because we are constantly brainstorming and working together.

When was the business founded?

February 2013

How did your business come to be? 

MBR intentional marketing was founded in 2005. The current company has made a significant evolution since it's re-branding in February 2013.

Why did you choose the area you did?

We moved from Troy to Royal Oak for it's energy and opportunity. A small, but mighty, company of 22 employees now resides on Main Street, right next to Starbucks. Our business if focused on the independent retailer, so we are constantly networking and meeting new people; Royal Oak was a great place to achieve that.
