Sneak Peek: New Fitness Gym Comes to Royal Oak

Pulse Fitness, on Main Street, opens March 30.

Pulse Fitness, a new Main Street gym that provides personal training services, plans to open its doors to the public on March 30.

The cross-training gym will offer personal training, aerobic classes, cardio conditioning, aerial yoga, a nutrition shake bar and more.

On Saturday, owners Scott Genord and Jennifer Lilly gave friends a family a sneak peek of the facility.

"We offer one-on-one private training, but anyone driving by is welcome to stop in for a nutritional shake and take a look around," Genord said.

Genord said Pulse Fitness trainers carefully monitor client choices and goals—whether that's losing 30 pounds or getting ripped.

"I train a 95-year-old and I train a 14-year-old," Genord said. "We have the best equipment and our prices are competitive with LA Fitness."
