Orange creamsicle. S'more. Key lime pie. These are three of the favorite cupcake flavors for summer visitors at Just Baked in Royal Oak.
"All the summer flavors are really popular right now," said Stephanie Stencel, manager. "It goes with the season."
The cupcake specialty store, which previously changed its flavors seasonally, is moving toward monthly flavor changes, Stencel said.
The s'more cupcake — with its gram cracker bottom and vanilla chocolate chip cake topped with Hershey's Chocolate and toasted marshmallows — is a clear favorite and sells out early.
The gourmet cupcakes are priced at $2.95 each, six for $14.94 or $27.95 per dozen.
Just Baked is located at 32826 Woodward Ave. The store is open 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Saturday; noon to 5 p.m.
