  3. Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead screening Thursday: The in Royal Oak presents a one-time screening of the award-winning documentary Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead at the . Showtime is 7:30 p.m. Tickets cost $5 and include a raffle, a post-screening juicing demonstration by nutritionist, raw-food expert and Heal Yourself Institute founder Andrea McNinch, and free samples and goodies from sponsor Whole Foods Market.
  4. "Puttin' on the Glitz" is Saturday: The will host this one-day event featuring vintage jewelry, clothing, furs and accessories from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Admission is free.
  5. Super Grover comes to town Sunday: Children can meet and greet Sesame Street's Super Grover from noon-1 p.m. at Meijer.
