5 Things to Know this Week: Shakespeare in the Park, Filmmaker Meet and Greet, Food Truck Rally
There's a lot going on in Royal Oak this week. What do you have planned?
There's always a ton happening in Royal Oak. Here are some highlights this week:
1. Stop by the Tuesday evening to see the premiere of of the PBS show 'History Detectives' featuring an Abraham Lincoln artifact from the collection of the Doors open at 7 p.m., and an ice cream social will also take place.
2. The walking tour continues Monday at 9 p.m. as patrons are invited to experience fine art by flashlight in downtown Royal Oak. Those wishing to attend should meet outside the city .

3. Stop by the Wednesday beginning at 5 p.m. for a taste from the area's finest food trucks. There is no cost for admission.
4. Come to Thursday for a special screening of The Highest Pass, a film that follows a daredevil yogi through the Himalayas, as he leads seven Americans to make decisions about life and death. A special Q&A session will be held afterwards with the filmmaker, Adam Schomer. Tickets are $15.

5. The outdoor play event kicks off Thursday at . Grab the whole family along with some blankets and come watch the evening showing of a Henry V at 1 p.m. Tickets are $20.
