"Royal Oak now joins the likes of Ferndale and others who see biking as an important function of our local economy. Tom has worked tirelessly on this project and to now see it come to fruition is exciting," Brown said. "We are happy to see more bikes on the road in a safer manner, and we are thrilled  to be a small part of the celebration”

The community bike ride will happen rain or shine. It will be canceled only if the weather makes cycling dangerous, such as lightning or high winds. Check the Facebook page or call Tom Regan at 248-435-0147 with questions.
