Moms Talk: Teens and Driving Restrictions

Do you think new drivers should be limited?

It has been exactly one week since changes to the Michigan graduated driver's license program went into effect impacting Level 2 license drivers. The law impacting most 16-year-old drivers states Level 2 license holders may not have more than one under-21 passenger in the car unless accompanied by an adult and it states they can't drive between 10 p.m.-5 a.m. Previously, Level 2 license drivers could be out until midnight. Some exceptions do apply like driving to and from school-sanctioned activities and work.

Today's Moms Talk question is inspired by this change. We are asking what you think of this change. Do you believe the roadways will be safer? Tell us your thoughts in the comment section.
