"...Unfortunately there are no laws that will EVER stop stupidity or rudeness, however, at least the no burn ordinance gives people some recourse in case some stupid or rude neighbor decides to fill their house with the stink and the smoke of a campfire where houses are packed in so closely as they are in Royal Oak."
