View Finder: Pooch-a-Licious! Dog Fashion Show Benefits No-Kill Rescues
Lively event features canines in costumes.
The held Saturday night at the raised money and awareness for no-kill rescues. Many of the animals at the event were available for adoption.
The local celebrity judges included WDIV's Ashlee Baracy, Andrew Humphry and Lauren Podell. Among the fashion runway animals were a pit bull mix in a Little Mermaid bathing suit and a Maltese in a tutu. Other dogs performed tricks and entertained the crowd. The large birds on display included cockatoos, macaws, and lories.
