Troop 1627 cordially invites boys of Scouting age (11-17 years old) and their parents to attend our annual Troop Open House. Please join us for the evening to learn about the fun and exciting program Troop 1627 provides to our Scouts. Displays will be set up throughout the room that you can
peruse at your own pace, and Scouts and Scouters will be on-hand to answer any
questions you may have regarding the displays or our Troop and its program. The
displays will include our Eagle Scouts; handmade dogsled, snowshoes, and skis; rifle
and shotgun shooting; horseback riding; high adventure trips to Mammoth Cave
National Park, Smoky Mountain National Park, South Manitou Island, and Hocking
Hills; outdoor rustic cooking; astronomy; backpacking; summer camp; and more! This is one event you will not want to miss!
The Open House will be held on Tuesday, October 22, 2013, from
7:30 to 9:00 PM in the Media Center of Keller Elementary School, which is located at 1505 N. Campbell Road in
Royal Oak (just south of 12 Mile Rd).
