Environmental Awareness presentation at the Royal Oak Public Library

A healthy environment can only be assured through environmentally knowledgeable citizens acting responsibly. Join Gerald Hasspacher, retired Warren school teacher and member of the Southeast Michigan Group of the Sierra Club, on Wednesday, August 6 at 7:00 pm as he presents strategies to do just that. Subjects include climate change, greenhouse effect, alternative energy, fracking, hybrid cars, threatened and endangered species in Michigan, biodiversity, and the Great Lakes.
