Want to get more heart healthy? Attend the "Women Exercising to Live Longer" Informational Meeting at Beaumont Health Center

Want to get heart healthy, and maybe even shed a few pounds in the process? Then don't forget to attend the Women Exercising to Live Longer, or W.E.L.L., program informational meeting on Feb. 28 at 6:00 p.m. in conference rooms 3 and 4.


W.E.L.L. is a free program at Beaumont Hospital that is designed to prevent the onset of heart disease in middle-aged and older women at risk.
