Self-Defense Fitness Training Series at the Royal Oak Public Library

ROPL is pleased to welcome back, Lee Shaykhet, creator of specialized methods of self-defense. Mr. Shaykhet will present a three-part Self-Defense Fitness Training Series beginning Monday, January 27 at 7:00 pm. The first session will focus on the core principles of self-defense. Audience participation is optional; be sure to wear comfortable clothing.
