Frances M. (Hanna) Bray, age 74, a resident of Auburn Hills, passed away November 27, 2013 at Boulevard Health Center in Rochester Hills. She was born November 14, 1939 in LaGrange, Indiana to the late Mark and Pauline Hanna. Mrs. Hanna-Bray was a graduate of the Detroit Conservatory of Music at Wayne State University. She was a well known pianist in the metro Detroit area. She played at several local venues, including the Pontchartrain, St. Regis, Troy Marriott and Petruzzello's. She also taught private piano lessons and was "Miss Huntington Woods." Beloved wife of the late Robert J. Bray and Donald W. Gerrie. Loving mother of Kimberly (Patrick) Lee, David (Joyce) Gerrie, Janet Rubeck, Cathy (Tom) Nash and Steven Bray. Dear sister of John (Antoinette) Hanna. Proud grandmother of Julian Lee, Jordyn Lee, Jacqueline Gerrie, Jael (Tim) Burroughs, Candice Guiney, George (Lindsay) Agattas, Chrissy Nash, Danielle Mendes, Rob (Robin) Bray, Josh Bray and Summer Bray. Great grandmother of five great grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Memorial visitation Thursday, December 12, 2013 from 3-8 p.m. with a scripture service at 7 p.m. at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W 11 Mile Rd. (4 blks. E of Woodward), Royal Oak. Family will receive friends Friday, December 13, 2013 from 11:30 a.m. until the time of the memorial Mass at 12 noon at St. Mary Catholic Church, Royal Oak.
