The Royal Oak Chamber of Commerce presented its 2013 Beautification Awards at the Emagine Theatre Tuesday.

Defining the Best of the Best in Royal Oak is an annual challenge led by the Royal Oak Chamber of Commerce. Each year, the Chamber turns to the community to identify businesses, residences and individuals who go to great lengths to make life in Royal Oak beautiful, fun, safe and special.
