Project is too low-rise for this location.  There should be a parking structure under the project to accommodate the additional parking this will require, like the one proposed years ago at Fifth & Lafayette.  THIS it the location for that height of project, not across from single family homes.  Step it down to the multi-family residential.This is the perfect location for office and commercial because of the freeway access.  This site should be maxed out.
