How many of you really believe that Royal Oak's HRO would permit opposite sexes to be able to utilize their opposite sexed lavatories or locker room facilities?
Please read Section 10, 
#12 permits lavatories and locker room facilities on the basis of sex to discriminate. That means a person with a PENIS cannot use a women's facility nor can a person with a VAGINA use men's facilities. You are purposely being misled at best, lied to about the transgender issue as a fear tactic. Read the exceptions to this ordinance.
