Maybe I am out of the loop, or a victim of misinformation but is it true that 400 Main LLC failed to attract a hotel ostensibly because it would not be financially feasible for one to operate profitably for the rent they would have to pay? Meanwhile, you who pay through the nose with your property taxes have just been flim flammed again by the DDA and/or Planning Commission into carrying a multi million ten year TIFA. So what is it? Hotel, or no hotel? Is this rumor, or fact? For if the generous TIFA was contingent on the hotel as described the TIFA needs to be withdrawn!!
